This is printed in the USA using plant-based PLA plastic. The Porter Cable 1001 fixed base is also used in the Porter Cable 696 Shaper Table (which is what I took the photos of this adapter with). This works well because it is not stressed like the adapter portion is. The rear piece snaps into place without screws. This provides studs for the adapter to seat into, and it's secured in place with (2) included #10-24 nuts. Use these instead of the shorter screws used to attach the plastic base to the router. This includes (2) 1" #10-24 screws to attach the front adapter.
